Launch Event

A launch event will take place on 20 July 2017 at The Gainsborough Hotel in Bath. This event will provide an opportunity to view the site. Prospective bidders are not required to attend and all information currently available will be published alongside the contract notice.

To register for the event please inform the Council by way of the communications section in the ProContract portal, but no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Further particulars will be sent to those registering to attend, again through the portal.

Registration to ProContract

The opportunity is being tendered through ProContract, which can be accessed via the Supplying the South West portal (details of process below).

In order to participate in the procurement, companies are required to register with ProContract.

Registration can be undertaken through https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ by selecting the ’Register now’ button, and populating the required information.

Relevant tender documents will be provided solely through this portal.
